Once you submit your request, a member of the Wag'N Tails Pet Resort team will contact you to confirm availability. Please allow 2–3 days for a response. If you need boarding within the next day or two, we recommend calling our office directly for immediate assistance.

Important: Submitting this form is a request, not a guaranteed reservation. Your booking will be confirmed once we verify availability.

Cancellation Policy

A credit card number or a deposit for the first night's stay is required to hold a reservation. In the event of a cancellation, the courtesy of 48 hours' notice is required. Failure to provide the proper cancellation notice may result in a charge for one night.

Late Pick up Policy

We understand that life happens and there will always be occasional conflicts outside of anyone’s control. Due to this, we have a 5-minute grace period for late pick-ups. Anything later than that causes unplanned overtime pay, frustration, work-life balance issues, and a delay in our end-of-day tasks.

If you are going to be running late to pick up your pet, we ask that you call and let us know ahead of time. Any pickups that are going to be later than 5 minutes after our scheduled closing time that day are subject to a $1 per minute charge. This is at the discretion of the office staff and manager working that day.

Continual late pick-ups *, including within our grace period, could result in suspension of services.
