Request a Boarding Reservation

Request a spot for your dog or cat in our cozy pet resort or our dog daycare. Fill out the form below, and we will let you know when your reservation has been confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

A credit card number or a deposit for the first night's stay is required to hold a reservation. In the event of a cancellation, the courtesy of 48-hours' notice is required. Failure to provide the proper cancellation notice may result in a charge for one night.

Late Pick up Policy

We understand that life happens and there will always be occasional conflicts outside of anyone’s control. Due to this, we have a 5 minute grace period for late pick ups. Anything later than that causes unplanned overtime pay, frustration, work-life balance issues, and a delay in our end-of-day tasks.

If you are going to be running late to pick up your pet, we ask that you call and let us know ahead of time. Any picks ups that are going to be later than 5 minutes after our scheduled closing time that day, are subject to a $1 per minute charge. This is at the discretion of the office staff and manager working that day. Continual late pick ups *including within our grace period could result in suspension of services.
